3. Defective or Damaged Products

3.1 Manufacturing Defects

If you receive a product with manufacturing defects:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photographs of the defect
  • We will arrange for inspection and replacement
  • No return shipping charges for defective items

3.2 Transit Damage

For products damaged during shipping:

  • Report damage immediately upon delivery
  • Do not accept damaged packages
  • We will arrange for replacement at no cost
  • Original packaging must be retained for inspection

4. Size and Fit Issues

For size-related issues:

  • We provide free shipping for the replacement item

We provide detailed size charts for all products. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size based on measurements provided. Size exchanges due to customer error in size selection are subject to availability and return shipping charges.

5.1 Custom Team Kits

Custom team jerseys and uniforms have special return policies:

  • No returns or exchanges once production begins
  • Design approval is required before production
  • Minor adjustments may be possible before production starts
  • Defective custom items will be replaced or repaired

5.2 Bulk Orders

For bulk orders (50+ pieces):

  • Sample approval is required before full production
  • Returns limited to defective items only
  • Quantity adjustments must be made before production
  • Special terms may apply based on order size

6. Return Process

6.1 Initiating a Return

To initiate a return:

  3. We will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number
  4. Package the item securely with the RA number
  5. Ship the item to our address

  • Change of mind: Customer pays return shipping
  • We provide free shipping for replacement items

  • After production starts: 50% refund
  • Custom orders: No cancellation after design approval

9. Exchange Policy

9.1 Product Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Size issues (subject to availability)

  • Different product (price difference applies)

9.2 Exchange Process

The exchange process follows the same steps as returns, with the following additional requirements:

  • Exchange item must be of equal or higher value
  • Price difference must be paid for upgrades
  • Refund issued for downgrades (after deduction of charges)
