- Products must not be worn, washed, or damaged

- Items damaged by customer misuse

3. Defective or Damaged Products
3.1 Manufacturing Defects
If you receive a product with manufacturing defects:
- Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photographs of the defect
- We will arrange for inspection and replacement
- No return shipping charges for defective items
3.2 Transit Damage
For products damaged during shipping:
- Report damage immediately upon delivery
- Do not accept damaged packages
- We will arrange for replacement at no cost
- Original packaging must be retained for inspection

5. Custom Orders
5.1 Custom Team Kits
Custom team jerseys and uniforms have special return policies:
- No returns or exchanges once production begins
- Design approval is required before production
- Minor adjustments may be possible before production starts
- Defective custom items will be replaced or repaired
5.2 Bulk Orders
For bulk orders (50+ pieces):
- Sample approval is required before full production
- Returns limited to defective items only
- Quantity adjustments must be made before production
- Special terms may apply based on order size
6. Return Process

- We provide free shipping for replacement items

- After production starts: 50% refund
- Custom orders: No cancellation after design approval

9. Exchange Policy
9.1 Product Exchanges
We offer exchanges for:

9.2 Exchange Process
The exchange process follows the same steps as returns, with the following additional requirements:
- Exchange item must be of equal or higher value
- Price difference must be paid for upgrades
- Refund issued for downgrades (after deduction of charges)
