4. Ordering Process

• 50% advance payment before production begins
• Minimum order quantities as specified

5. Pricing and Payment

5.1 Pricing

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping, or delivery charges unless otherwise specified.

5.2 Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• Standard orders: 100% payment in advance
• Custom orders: 50% advance, 50% on delivery
• Bulk orders: Negotiable payment terms

6. Production and Delivery

6.1 Production Timeline

Standard production timelines:

• Regular products: 7-10 business days
• Custom designs: 10-15 business days
• Bulk orders: 15-21 business days
• Rush orders: Available with additional charges

6.2 Delivery

We deliver across India through reliable courier partners. Delivery charges are calculated based on location and order size. Free delivery is available for orders above ₹5,000 within Bengaluru.

6.3 Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title to products pass to you upon delivery to the specified address. You are responsible for inspecting products upon delivery and reporting any damage or discrepancies within 48 hours.

9.2 Limited Warranty

Sprinters warrants that products will be free from manufacturing defects for 30 days from delivery. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by improper care.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sprinters shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services.

11. Force Majeure

Sprinters shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or supply chain disruptions.
